Our law firm includes, as of January 2021, 17 attorneys (one of whom is also certified as doctor), one certified public accountant, one judicial scrivener, 14 paralegals.

It is a pleasure that we have already made contracts with over 250 companies (as of January 2011)including finance, security, real estate, chemistry, information communication, pharmacy, health care, machinery, software, publication, construction, transportation, and service. Those contracts include outside director contracts, management agreements, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program).

Furthermore, we petitioned 15 civil rehabilitations in 3 years from 2005 to 2008, and received order of confirmation of the rehabilitation plan for almost all of them.
We attend to businesses other than daily legal advice as well. For example, we have participated in several executions of M&A deals working with both national and international network.
The years after 1998 are sometimes called The Third Law Creation Period, in continuance with the early Meiji Era and the 20s Showa Era. Due to recent years’ rapid technological innovation and changes in social environments, numerous laws are legislated every year in Japan. Thus, our firm holds study group every other month, and have our attorneys report newly legislated laws and guidelines, and every time, questions and answers are exchanged vigorously.
